Awarded to an organizational member of ASTA who demonstrates interest in and support for ASTA and its mission by participating in the summer TALL SHIPS CHALLENGE® Race Series and who finishes within the top three ranking ships in overall rally events.  This cash award of $1000 is to be used by the sail training organization expressly for the purpose of a sail trainee scholarship.
